Part of what the witch stands for is universality and justice, a protecting of the common, the everyday people. As such, I would like to take a moment to discuss sliding scales, and the purpose of offering them. Offering access while still caring for my life's needs is not a philosophical exercise, but a very real and complex one: to sit with the differing levels of pricing, not to mention the extra labour (and cost of plug-ins and coding) to mechanically make it possible on my website for my upcoming offering,
To be able to lead is courageous and meritous; like walking in the dark trusting in your haptic sense that you will know your way.
As fear, frustration and confusion start to become more evident, the only light some will see is the one in your window. You may never know how important your light is until sometime in the future a bird sits on your shoulder or magically things appear to you. This is the reality of our world, yet it has become perturbed and distorted; its inner life is real while a sense of lack and wanting has implanted and cultivated.
May you have a long life and happiness be yours whenever possible, as your offering hand is a blessing amid a grasping world.
